I created oak tree model just to have a good easily customizable tree for my application games.
You can build other trees just editing 3DSMax stack object editor...
All objects are editable using "Modifier" panel.
I also exported object in OBJ and X format plus many other format, ready to use into your application and engine.
You can also animate each foliage group just creating easily a wind fx.
Try this model also for not realtime application, the quality textures provide to get a very good and realistic render, ideal for each image and animation too.
